The JESIUM 2008 (both conference & accommodation) will be held at the Village Vacances Familles (VVF) Village on the Peninsula of Giens (Presqu'île de Giens) in the South of France, from 31st August- 5th September 2008. It is open to scientists from all nations.
The entire meeting center is fully accessible by wheel-chair.
Free access to Internet
Participants will have free access to Internet in the conference room (Wi-Fi), and 5 computers connected to Internet will be available in the poster room.
The full conference package includes
- Registration Fees (access to conference sessions + conference dinner + all coffee breaks during the conference + book of abstracts)
- Full-board Accommodation Fees (accommodations for 5 nights at VVF from Sunday 31st August + the ice-breaker on 31st August breakfast, lunch & dinner everyday 1-5 September except on 5th September (no dinner))

Accommodation
Three categories are available:
single room: (for 1 person)
1-room equipped with double bed and a bathroom
double room (for 2 persons)
2-room apartment sharing one bathroom (one room with a double bed & one room with twin beds).
triple room (for 3 persons)
2-room apartment sharing one bathroom (one room with a double bed & one room with 2-3 single beds).
Meals will be taken in the VVF village.
Activities at VVF
Cultural and sportives animations are available upon request with extra charges.
